How does it work.

The usual framework is that I work with the athlete before their fight/comp in the run up.
First session ideally is minumum of 4 weeks out, followed by weekly one hour sessions.
In the first session we set the groundwork and I explain what you have to do, and you will have the skills to go and practice the mental drills. you’ll leave the session feeling confident and motivated for your event as well as to practice the drills you’ll have learnt in the session.
