Alan Whitton - Founder - Fighter's Mind
Alan Whitton is founder & Fighter’s Mind head coach.
He has trained in Martial Arts since he was 14, and has trained in several Martial Arts:
- Muay Thai, fighting competitively and winning English Heavyweight and British Heavyweight Freestyle Championship Belts.Training as Minotaur Muay Thai -under Masters Paul Taylor and Ralph Beale
- Karate as a junior, Bronze in International Competition, Silver Medal [annoying loss by sudden death] in British Championships , was selected to represent England in the European Championships.
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where he is a Brown Belt & still trains at the prestigious Mill Hill BJJ under Professor Nick Brooks.
Alan Whitton has been a practicing Mental Performance Coach – or Mind Coach for over 10 years.
He has helped fighters And Martial Artists with English, British, European and World Championships and titles in varying disciplines.
He understands the pressures and anxieties a fighter faces in high levels of competition, and has created a system to get rid of pre fight anxiety, and ensure the perfect performance state is entered when the fighter needs it most.
