One to one [1-2-1] Fighter’s Mind Coaching sessions are undoubtedly the best and fastest way to get to the fight performance mindset you need.

Where & How
The sessions take place at my home office, or over Skype or WhatsApp, usually as video call, and have successfully been done all over the world. Most athletes prefer to work in person wherever possible but Skype & Whatsapp works just as well. 

What you’ll learn
You’ll learn and practice how to enter the flow state for peak performance in your given style of fighting. As well as learning How to get into The Zone, you’ll gain a powerful trust in your abilities and bullet proof Mental Toughness. If you consistently practice the mental drills, and Mental Rehearsal methods I’ve refined over the last 10 years with Elite level fighters, you’ll get what they have.

Sessions last an hour [sometimes a little longer] and a good quality audio recording is made and the MP3 securely sent via email/WhatsApp. This is extremely useful as it allows the athlete to consolidate and strengthen the work carried out in the session.

The content of the sessions can be a mixture of NLP, Hypnosis and Behavioural Change work, but they are always customised to fit the athlete.
